On Today, enter your five-digit U.S. ZIP code to see the forecast for your area. Change or remove it using Change ZIP. This optional setting belongs to your account, not your school or students.
Open Hourly & weekly outlook to switch between the next 24 hours and up to seven days. Tap a day for its daytime and nighttime details. All times use the forecast location’s time zone. A dash means a measurement was not supplied.
Weather refreshes about every 10 minutes while Today is visible. Check the forecast’s update time and local alerts. “Looks promising” is only a basic forecast indicator—not permission to go outside. UV and air quality are not assessed; follow school guidance and check actual conditions. If weather is unavailable or outdated, use the National Weather Service link. Only your ZIP area’s approximate coordinates are sent for weather requests.
Open My Workspace to choose a theme, upload a logo, rename your workspace, or manage your subscription. In Curriculum Library, create your courses, add lessons, and copy them into your planner. Use a separate planbook for each child, class, or year when useful.
Your individual plan has one login. It has no teacher-seat administration or plan-review workflow. If you later accept a school's invitation, you join as a teacher and school permissions apply.
